DAYTON, Ohio (Dayton Business Journal) — A growing Navajo Nation-owned company is readying to acquire an office building in downtown Dayton, with plans to invest millions of dollars and create hundreds of jobs. It's located in the city's "premier technology-oriented destination."

Diné Development Corp. is close to a deal to buy 714 E. Monument Ave., a building that is part of Dayton Tech Town's campus — a collaborative office, laboratory and research space with three buildings.
The acquisition, if finalized, will mark a "pivotal" moment in both Diné and Dayton's "ushering of innovation and economic growth to the heart of the city," according to officials.
The company is also planning to invest $6.4 million at the site, a move that will create 250 new jobs.
