Some Oxygen for IT company – Eurobuild CEE

The company has leased 400 sqm of office space on the first floor of Building A, moving from another site, also located on Aleje Jerozolimskie. The lease agreement has been signed for seven years. The tenant was advised by Woodlark during the negotiation process.
Established in 1991, LSI Software is a Polish manufacturer of a proprietary ERP system. It also develops software for retail and HoReCa applications, including sports venues and cinemas. It offers implementation of B2B systems, equipment, consulting services, maintenance and repairs. LSI Software has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2006.
Oxygen Park is owned by Golden Star Group. The office complex consists of two six-storey buildings with a total leasable area of over 18,000 sqm. The layout of each floor permits the introduction of flexible office solutions tailored to the needs of even the most demanding tenants. The environment-friendly solutions applied in the complex have been confirmed with a BREEAM certificate at the “Very Good” level. Oxygen Park’s tenants also have at their disposal a green patio with a relaxation zone, a canteen, and retail and service outlets. The project also features 162 parking spaces in the underground garage, bicycle racks and locker rooms with showers. The architectural design of Oxygen Park was created by the renowned studio Jems Architekci. The project was delivered in 2013.
ZST (Zintegrowane Systemy Techniczne) has increased the size of its head office in the Batory I office building. As a result of the expansion, the Warsaw office building owned and managed by Globalworth Poland is now fully leased. 
Intensive commercialization of the multifunctional Fern building under construction at Off Piotrkowska Center has begun. A modern building, the construction of which will start at the turn of 2024/2025, offers 4,700 sqm of service space and 2,700 sqm of office space.

7R has started a partnership with Wood & Company to jointly realize the development of 7R Park Tczew III. The first of four warehouses, mostly leased by ESA logistika Polska, has just been commissioned by Dekpol Budownictwo, while further halls are in the pipeline.
