A leading business IT support provider based in Bradford on Avon is proud is celebrating 25 years in business.
Founded in Bath in 1999, Systemagic has grown to become one of the area’s most respected IT support providers and works with over 350 SMEs throughout the South West.
Led by operations director, Fiona Major, and managing director, James Eades, who joined the firm in 2002 and took over as MD in 2010, Systemagic has experienced strong growth in recent years.
James isn’t the firm’s only long-term employee; he is joined by Technical Director, Chris Sweet and Senior IT Technician, Will Barnes, who have been at the firm for 20 years and 11 years respectively.
The company also enjoys customer loyalty, still working with customers who signed up with Systemagic in 1999 including Nicholas Wylde Goldsmiths and MacGregor Smith Architects in Bath.
With 18 staff members (and two more joining in the coming months), Systemagic has been independently recognised as a ‘Great Place to Work’.
Over the course of its 25-year history, Systemagic has achieved numerous milestones; including achieving Microsoft Gold Partner status, being included in the prestigious MSP501 list of international high-performing service providers and winning multiple awards including for customer service and their apprenticeship scheme.
The company is proudly Carbon Neutral and is working towards reducing its carbon footprint further towards Net Zero.
